At Plantshant, we aim to deliver your gardening products safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.
However, delivery availability depends on courier service coverage in your area.

If your location is not serviceable, we will contact you and cancel the order (refund will be initiated if payment is already done).


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Order processing may take longer in case of:

  • High order volume

  • Stock availability issues

  • Festivals or holidays

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp (if available).


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities/Towns: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on courier partner, location, weather conditions, or unexpected delays.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Product weight

  • Package size

  • Delivery location

Shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete the payment.

In some cases, we may offer free shipping on selected products or minimum order value offers.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD may be available in selected locations only.
Plantshant reserves the right to accept or reject COD orders based on delivery feasibility.


6. Packaging & Safety

We pack all products carefully to ensure safe delivery.

For plant products (succulents or live plants), we use breathable and protective packaging to avoid damage during transit.

However, minor soil movement or small leaf damage may occur during shipping.


7. Delivery Partner

Plantshant uses trusted third-party courier partners for delivery.
Once the order is handed over to the courier, delivery timelines depend on the courier service.


8. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier operational issues

  • Natural disasters

  • Strikes or lockdowns

  • Incorrect address or phone number provided by the customer

Plantshant is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.


9. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers must provide a correct and complete delivery address with a valid phone number.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Wrong address

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Customer not available at delivery time

Then re-delivery charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

If the parcel is returned to us, reshipping will require additional shipping charges.


10. Damaged Package or Missing Items

If your package is received in damaged condition, please:

  • Take clear photos/videos of the parcel before opening

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

If any item is missing or damaged, we will verify and provide a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.


11. Order Tracking

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared through:

  • SMS

  • Email

  • WhatsApp (if provided)

Customers can track their order using the courier tracking link.
