At Plantshant, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully pack every order, but if you receive a damaged, wrong, or missing product, we are here to help.
Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:
Product received is damaged
Wrong product delivered
Product is missing from the order
Product received is defective or broken
To be eligible for return/replacement, the product must be:
Unused
In original packaging
With invoice/order proof
2. Return Request Time Limit
Customers must raise a return or replacement request within:
48 hours of delivery
If the request is made after 48 hours, we may not be able to accept it.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Live plants / succulents (unless received dead or severely damaged)
Seeds (once opened)
Fertilizers, compost, cocopeat (once opened)
Products damaged due to customer mishandling
Items purchased during sale/discount offer (unless damaged)
4. Live Plants / Succulents Return Policy
Plants are natural products and may vary in size, shape, and color.
We will accept replacement/refund only if:
Plant is delivered dead
Plant is severely damaged during transit
Customer must share:
Unboxing video (recommended)
Clear photos of plant and packaging within 24 hours of delivery
Minor leaf damage or soil movement is not considered eligible for refund.
5. How to Request Return / Replacement
To request a return or replacement, contact us via:

Please share:
Order ID
Product name
Reason for return
Clear photos/video of the product and packaging
After verification, we will approve the request.
6. Return Pickup / Shipping
If the return is approved:
a) Pickup Option (If Available)
We will arrange pickup through courier partners.
b) Customer Self-Shipping (If Pickup Not Available)
In some areas, pickup may not be available.
In that case, the customer may need to ship the product back to us.
Return shipping charges will be:
Paid by Plantshant (if mistake is ours)
Paid by customer (if return reason is personal choice)
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only after:
Product is verified
Return is successfully received (if required)
Refund will be processed through the same payment method used during purchase.
Refund Timeline:
Refund will be credited within 5–10 business days after approval.
8. Replacement Policy
If replacement is approved, we will dispatch the replacement product within:
2–5 business days
Replacement depends on stock availability.
If the product is out of stock, refund will be processed instead.
9. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only if they are not shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
If cancelled before shipping:
Full refund will be initiated within 3–7 business days.
10. Partial Refunds
In some cases, Plantshant may issue partial refunds if:
Part of the order is damaged
Part of the order is missing
This will be decided after verification.
11. Refund Not Applicable
Refund will not be provided if:
Customer provides wrong address/contact details
Delivery fails due to customer unavailability
Customer changes mind after delivery
Product is damaged after use
